Film is viewable by all ages, but ocassionaly there are scenes that would be best viewed with an adult in the room to offer feedback......

We saw it on Satelite - had to have it! Great movie for kids, as well as parents. This movie has an insight to the wonderful world of gymnastics, with a twist. We watch it over and over. You will love it!

Good story. Good message. Good for young teens and up.
