This is very much a spa music CD. It was too much of "sameness" for me to get past the first few tracks. It didn't grab my soul the way I want music to do.

Nice for R&R
Steven Halpern is the father of New Age music, so I knew this cd would not disappoint. Great for relaxation and meditation. I also like to play it after work while decompressing. Great CD.
