This step dvd is a really good overall workout. Once you get the hang of the steps, it's a lot of fun. You will definitely be sore for a couple days but that's how you know it's working. It's really long if you do the entire 77 min. but if you just do the step & tone portion and not the last 25 mins. of tone it won't leave you feeling so drained. Something to work up to. Anyways, it's a good one.
I am an avid step fan and work out 5 days a week. I have many step tapes and found this one to be difficult to follow. I often found myself making up my own moves as to not let my heart rate drop until I could figure out what the instructor was doing. Despite that part, I felt the step, mixed with weights was a very good overall workout and will be even better once I can figure out the routine. If easily frustrated..this is not the DVD for you. If strong-willed and ready to tackle a challenge..go for it!
