It IS EXACTLY AS STATED. MY HUSBAND IS THRILLED AND IT HAS SEVERAL OTHER FUNCTIONS THAN JUST A GAMING CONSOLE.

Amazing

I have absolutely no reservations about buying a PS3! The graphics are amazing, the online community is as big as anyone could need, there are a lot of great titles coming out nowadays, and it comes with a great BD player. Overstock was prompt with the processing and shipping and sold it for the cheapest I could find on the internet (and with $2.95 shipping, practically free).

PS3 Blu-Ray

I purchased a different brand Blu-Ray player, 2 years ago. It seemed to work fine, until it was 2 years old, then it started having issues. It could play a movie for only about 15 minutes at a time. I then had to power the system off and start again, up to 8 times, to complete a whole movie. I decided to purchase a new BluRay player, but wanted wireless internet this time. I compared a Sony vs others and with the recent issues I had with my current player, I chose Sony. After deciding on a BluRay player, I realized I could get the PS3 for approx $20 more. Even though I have Wii already, it seemed to make sense to spend the extra $20. Since my purchase approx 45 days ago, I have nothing but great things to say about the PS3 as a BluRay player. Quick disc load times and easy connection to internet for BD-live. I also purchased the optional BluRay remote control and a 2 year warranty. I'm hoping I don't have to use the warranty, but better safe than sorry.

It's a PS3, what else can you say? You already know lots about it and I'm certainly not going to provide anything new. Buying from Overstock went great though. No complaints there.
