I bought this movie for myself. I remember being moved by it the first time I saw it. When I started watching it my three teenage daughters all ended up joining me. they were actually sitting with me watching an "old" movie and they loved it.

This movie is a family tradition. My grand parents spent their honeymoon at the Grand Hotel back in 1943. This movie is a classic and should be watched by all. The time travel and the time period it takes place in is just amazing; truly a great romance movie to have in your collection. My family has loved the movie so much that all three of her girls and all of her granddaughters have the movies. I will pass this movie down to my daughter as well and keep it in the family. We have watched it so much that we have gone from VHS to DVD¿s and if they go out we will have to get it in another version. Enjoy the movie and see if it does not find its way into your collection.

One of the most beautiful and loving motion pictures ever made. Senery, costumes, music diaologue makes this one brautiful film.

Movie quality is very good, no problems with dvd. A very classy and powerful love story. Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour at their best. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the movie is not for very young children.

Great movie, a classic. I think anyone would enjoy it. The shipping was via mail which was a bit different. Took a bit longer, got my big items that I ordered at the same time much quicker.

I brought this movie for a friend, I knew it was her favorite and thought she might like to have it for collection. She loves this movie.

Bought this as a give that has not been given yet. Have been told it is a great love story. Everything I have ever ordered from Overstock has been great. My only complant this time was on shipping. They have a new procedure, which is suppose to make things faster. In my case, my DVD took 10 ten days to get instead of 3. You know what they say, "if its not broke don't fix it:". So based on shipping alone, I will give a 4 star rating.

Another old good movie I have seen and want to see again and keep in my DVD library. I recommend it.

I purchased this movie on the reviews that I read and expected it to be as great as they said. I was disappointed the whole way through as I watched it. I also did not like the ending.

Beautiful movie, beautiful people and beautiful story.

This is a movie I have loved for years and have always wanted to have for my movie collection. Christopher Reeve is SUPER in this movie and Jane Seymour is beautifully casted for this story. An unforgetable romance story not to be missed... truly should be listed as a classic.

This is a wonderful movie. I enjoy watching it again and again. It is a fantasy, but romantic. Christopher Reeve and Anne Seymore do a great job and the setting is on Mackinac Island at the Grand Hotel.
