I bought this for my sister, who loves The Skinny Bitch books, is a vegetarian, and loves yoga. She said the video is hilarious and her new favorite workout. However, I've read the books these women have written, and if you don't like sarcastic and sometimes foul language, this isn't for you.
I enjoyed this the most out of the 3 workout titles. The moves are a blend of yoga, Pilates, martial arts, including ones from Brazil and Japan, "The Sumo" squat! The workout is broken down into 4 segments: ABS, LEGS, ARMS, & BUTT. At the end, rather than stretching, it's a 5 minute meditation. Rory & Kim lead us, but it's mostly Rory who instructs and cues the moves. Both are very girly-chatty throwing indecent words around, so beware if such language offends you. Exercise-wise, I loved Patrick Goudeau's choreography, especially the transitions which made the exercises flow time-wise and with ease. Again, no weights nor shoes were used, just a mat.
