Cute/funny name, but that's about it. Compared to other exercise videos, instructors do not initially break down dance routine step by step to give you a chance to see or learn it, but just plunge into it. Also, exercises do not seem to specifically target "le booty". Wish I had previewed it before spending the money.
A very light cardio workout, this dance-based workout begins with a ballet warm-up, then 2 dance routines. The first one begins with the Hustle and with added moves with names such as "the Jane Fonda" and "the Pony." The next dance routine is Hip Hop, but not as your usual hip hop, more ladylike. You'll do the whole dance routine enough times to get the steps right. The music is great and will get you moving to the very light and simple choreography, it's a total body workout. No shoes required! The instructors are very girly and chatty and make a lot of annoying sound effects.
I bought this video because I was having surgery and wouldn't be able to work out after. This doesn't really seem like a workout to me, but I am used to exercising regularly. For anyone just getting into exercise, or who just wants to 'move around for a while', it's has fun dance routines that are pretty easy to follow (I did the tape twice, and pretty much have all the moves down).
