This book is cute. However, this book is not for people who wants sew a bag from scratch. The book offers shortcut and no-sew ideas . Great for those who are intimidated by a sewing machine. Examples include duct taping a tee-shirt into a bag, shortcut to making bags from shower curtains and ready made zippered cushion cases (the hard work is already done -zipper and gusset already installed!), and bags made from black & yellow CAUTION tape.Do not be fooled by the bag on the cover. It is obvious it would need to be sewn but the instructions for the cute cover bag is not even in the book! Go Figure! Like I said -cute book for those afraid of the sewing machine. I gave it 4 stars for entertainment value but 1 star for practical value. Looks cute on my shelf..collecting dust.

I saw this book on The Martha Stewart show and had to have it and was not disappointed...it's full of great projects.
