Nothing goes according to plan as Donkey, Puss in Boots, and Gingy all have wildly different ideas about how the big day should be celebrated--to the consternation of Shrek`s family. First broadcast on ABC, SHREK THE HALLS is a welcome addition to the series of zany computer-animated comedies--as well as a worthy entry into the hallowed tradition of holiday specials.

I was expecting this Christmas video to be more entertaining than it was, like the other Shrek movies. I felt that the message it was attempting to convey was rushed and the story hurried. It was over before I knew it. I was disappointed.

My two children are in their late teens but still enjoy cartoon movies as they did when they were small. This is a movie our whole family will enjoy, when we open it Christmas morning!
