Poor treatment by customer service
I ordered a weekly magazine, and was told that it had shipped just a few days later. Three WEEKS later, after not having received any magazines, Ii spoke to an OVERSTOCK representative named, "Dennis," who told me that it took 12 to 16 weeks to begin receiving my weekly copy of "Shotgun News." I could understand this if it were a quarterly magazine, but not a weekly!
