    • YOGA ON THE BEACH

      The beautiful scenery is integral to the enjoyment of this DVD. It gave me extra motivation because I love, love to be on a beach somewhere! This is by far my favorite Shiva Rea DVD because it offers a variety and a range. There's meditation for beginners-intermediates, then some advanced moves on balance. There isn't too much free form movement and there's challenging stregth moves like the 9 rounds of 12 cycles of push-ups. A little bit for everyone. Excellent production overall--especially the music, so international and it never overwhelms the voiceover. It is always in sync with the flow of movements in Shiva's DVDs.
