This video is not for the beginner. It is involves very fluid yogic poses. There is also a form of free flow (a slow motion belly dancing/hippy dancing) that I would not personally want anyone to see me doing. On the other hand, it is great for those looking to go to the intermedite levels and has improved my fitness level. If you are into creative flow and are ready for a different yoga experience you will enjoy this DVD.
This is definitely not for beginners. The workouts are fast paced and for the most part contain advanced poses, for which one has to be limber and comfortable enough to do. Overall, I really enjoyed trying the workouts in this DVD, and I have been practicing yoga for a few years at home and in the classroom.
