Shiva Rea will lead you through three workouts in three beautiful locations: meditation by a waterfall; standing salutation by a lush green foliage; and, standing poses at the beach at dawn. They're about 20 minutes each and I found the choreography right on for beginners (hesitant for basic beginners). Shiva takes it slow and transitions are excellent. It is a very relaxing production, with her soothing voice and the complementary music.
