Only 25 minutes, this yoga workout is amazingly effective. Two workouts: CREATIVE ROOTS, standing poses centered on flexibility. You'll do a yoga squat, similar to a "plie", followed by flowing arm movements. Side angle poses and you'll get a chance to explore your creative flow. CREATIVE CORE centers on strength and you'll do several rounds of the "rocking bridge" and then, you'll do a half-table and a table, which transitions into a side plank pose, plank, and the plank with dolphin arms. What I love about this DVD: the pace is acceptable; the rhythmic percussion soundtrack, Rain forest background, and Shiva's voiceover and knowledge.
