Inspiring Book
I have several of Rachal Ashwell's books. They are interesting, informative and very inspiring. This book is as well. She offers great suggestions and ideas in all her books, including this one and I've utilized quite a few and tweaked a few others to use. I loved the results. I must admit, I like a little more chic and a tad less shabby in home decor (I don't like badly chipped and peeling furniture, for example, but have refinished several pieces). I like that she's incorporated darker wood finishes which I love against white or cream color walls. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in shabby chic/cottage style decor. Great book!
