English subtitles are occasionally inaccurate. If I didn't understand some Mandarin, some parts of the series would have been confusing. Also on the last disc, if you select PLAY ALL, it doesn't automatically play the last episode. I had to select it specifically from the main menu. Lastly, I bought the series because I enjoyed the Seven Swords movie, but I'd have to say that the movie was much much better. Initially the series started off good and left you wondering what would happen next. However, about half way through it just seemed to drag on and on and the ending, if that, was very disappointing. I'd say it was one of the worst I've seen to a series.

Chinese with engkish subtitles. It was one of the 1st TV series that I bought, and I've watched it several times. Each time, I catch more of what goes on between all the characters.

great series but only received 39 episodes out of 41. So it's pretty frustrating not to know how it ends
