Informative
I'm a beginner at serging and was looking for a book to learn more about it. Nancy Zieman uses the BabyLock serger with the wave stitch. Not all projects are applicable, as I purchased the heavy duty Janome here on Overstock. There are some helpful ideas on tension, stitches and their uses, and project ideas.

AS this is my first serger, the instructions were good but I bought two serger books from Overstock toaugment the instructions. The books and the serger are wonderful.

Great book for a beginner. I have sewn for over 50 years and never had a serger. This really helped me. I have already made fleece socks, mended a dust ruffle and made two pillow shams. Serging cuts the time to half. I have many more projects planned with the help of this book.
