  Unfortunately, I bought this book for my teenage stepson, who needs practice in being more positive. The problem is, the wording is so different from what we read today, I don't believe it will hold his interest at all. 100% my fault for not reading a couple of exerpts from the book.

  Great price for the book here on overstock! The book's content was somewhat disappointing. The majority of the pages are the the same exercise directions/thoughts/questions being asked after each day's assignment. Found the content to be somewhat lacking. Did not enjoy reading the book as much as I had hoped.
