  This is a very good, concise, updated version of Benedict Ashley's The Way toward Wisdom (2006), which itself drew its inspiration from John Deely's Four Ages of Understanding. Ashley and Deely are certainly a symbiotic duo, as Deely's semiotics plus Ashley's Thomism and extensive wisdom certainly bear excellent intellectual fruit, like How Science Enriches Theology, which appears to be inspired primarily by Deely's 2010 update to his 2001 Four Ages of Understanding, Medieval Philosophy Redefined. On the philosophical side: One of Ashley & Deely main theses, in accordance with the River Forest School, is that modern science cannot be a stand-alone philosophy. In other words, there cannot be a Wolffian distinction between "science" and "philosophy," the latter of which Kant's disciple Wolff identifies with metaphysics/ontology.   The book had no damage and came in a reasonable amount of time. Content wise, the book was very interesting. People knock on Guevara for being out of date with his techniques, but keep in mind the book was written decades ago. Sure, technology has changed, but his philosophical and moral arguments are still completely relevant today. This is a good book for any military or police personal, both who will combat guerrilla warfare and those who will participate in it.

  Although I wish they were a bit bigger each card is detailed and easy to work with... Also comes with a poster... I highly recommend for those in Nursing school as well as anyone interested in anatomy...

  It is not immediately clear from the title or the published descriptions, but it should be emphasized that this book explains both G.984 G-PON and G.987 XG-PON in depth. It is the first, and at the time of publication, the only book to cover XG-PON.

  I needed a little more detail in my pictures in order for me to pass the class that I was taking. This is a great introductory book for those that are less familiar with human anatomy and those who are not using this for an anatomy class for science majors.
