The box set arrived in horrible shape

I didn't give this a "poor" because the content is great. This review is more for the condition of the product. This is a present for someone who loves box sets, so I don't have time to send it back, but I'm very unhappy with the condition. The exterior red case is creased and the edges are ragged. There is a cut running down the spine of the interior case holding the dvd's. I purchased this from Overstock (my first order) because of the great price, but I will now have to explain the ratty condition of the present.

Please tell us about the quality of the product. The decorative box case is in bad shape with cuts, knicks, and creases. The dvds inside appear to be fine.
