I didn't give this a "poor" because the content is great. This review is more for the condition of the product. This is a present for someone who loves box sets, so I don't have time to send it back, but I'm very unhappy with the condition. The exterior red case is creased and the edges are ragged. There is a cut running down the spine of the interior case holding the dvd's. I purchased this from Overstock (my first order) because of the great price, but I will now have to explain the ratty condition of the present.
