I own several of Richard Simmons tapes. This is not my favorite but it is still good. I like to dance for exercise so it one of the tapes I will use.
This is a fun up beat dance type routine. Pre schoolers and older can dance along and have fun with you while work out. It does take some time to get the steps but still is very fun.
