Does NOT come with Bands!
I was in a hurry and thought I was ordering Resistance Bands. Wow! Was I surprised when I opened my package to find a book. Because of the S&H to return it PLUS restocking fees I decided to give it a look. I gave it 5-stars because it's very well done with color photos of each exercise clearly shown and explained. The only caveat, it doesn't come with the bands...so be sure to get them if you don't already have them!

Not Recommended
I was expecting the resistance bands since it is titled as a workout but all that came was a book. Perhaps I didn't read the desciption completely but because the bands were pictured I just presumed, for the price, that they were included in the workout. I can't begin to say how disappointed I was in this product.
