Real World Beauty
Forget the books that show you how to look just like a runway fashion model. I read a stack of them. I now know how to apply the "smokey eye", "dramatic lips", and all sort of high fashion looks that I never actually wear. By the time I got to this book I was sick and tired of being presented with the fashion model fantasy. In the real world and I am never going to wear the dramatic smokey eye, not on purpose anyway. That is why this book came as such a refreshing surprise. It was packed full of information that I could actually USE! How refreshing!! Thank you Color Me Beautiful for once again coming through with practical advice for looking your best in real world situations.

Reinvent Yourself with Color Me Beautiful: 4 Seasons of Color, Makeup, and Style, by JoAnne Richmond is a wonderful book! It is one of the easiest books on beauty and style to implement. This timely guide updated my look and increased my confidence! It helped me make excellent choices in makeup, hair color, jewelry and accessories. The four season color palettes- WINTER, SUMMER, AUTUMN and SPRING really allowed me to understand and choose the right colors. I am not the only one that loves this book, my mother loves it and so do all my friends! By following a few simple guidelines any women, at any age can look absolutely beautiful! I recommend this book and believe it is great for everyone! If you want to change your look or look even more beautiful, buy the book because JoAnne Richmond is an expert! It is a good read with fresh ideas.
