I just received this book today and I've already spent 2 hours reading it and planning menus. Not only does this book have some great recipes, but it has so much information on raw eating and the authors actually tell their story of why they went raw and share its ife changing benefits. I would definitely reccomend this book. There are lots of great resources inside.
If you are looking for good information and some very accessible recipes this book hits the mark. It's a very solid resource that gets you familiar with a number of ingredients that you will want to use when enhancing a raw menu for your meals. The Shakes - Cheeses and Granola are worth the price of the book by themselves. Also there are a number of informative and entertaining musings about food and food choices that will reinforce you decisions to eat Raw meals.There are advanced recipes that are restaurant caliber- yet they are not intimidating. A great price and a great value in my opinion.
