Good overall pilates routine with good instruction and variations.
This Pilates DVD was recommended by a friend and I absolutely love it. I had been doing a 20 minutes Pilates workout, but this one, at about 35 minutes is perfect. I have been noticing the effects quickly after using the DVD 2-3 times per week, along with my walking routine. Rael gives very simple directions and always reminds you to breathe. He also demonstrates alternate ways to make a particular exercise more challenging. The girls who actually do the workout are very precise in their movements and are easy to follow. It's an excellent workout!
