I had the VHS tape with Quo vadis movie and I wanted to replace it with the DVD. Quo vadis, based on the novel by Henryk Sienkiewicz is still one of the best epic movies ever made. This one is the sterling edition, 1951 version, with Robert Taylor and Deborah Kerr. It has very simple message that all people need to love each other, despite their differences. Enjoy the perfect DVD transfer! A movie to watch on Christmas eve...

It is well done for its time and a great look at history . A great look at costumes and customs of that period. It is excellent for all ages.
