This is another wonderful book from Byron Katie, it includes on her quotes on all topics gathered from all "BK on..." series, instead of purchasing several books this one is the best. You can just open randomly and get a personalized message. It's not really useful to read it as a book as it has a bunch of quotes and it gets boring after a while, there aren't any examples of people doing the work which i find very useful in all her other books. For me the best way to use this book is just open randomly and read the messages on the page.
