Amazing documentary showing the hard work and determination that put Arnold where he is today. Very inspiring and fascinating to watch!

hard to find dvd- good price, pretty entertaining but really only for the fans or body building crowd.

The movie gives you a behind the scenes of the Mr. Olympia contest and gives you insight of Arnold as a person. I found the movie motivating.
