i wanted to share traditional recipes from puerto rico, and there are many great recipes in this book & it is well written..it is a great reference for tradional pr recipes & makes a great gift!there is a large selection of recipes that are new york puerto rican in origin also..it is excellently written & presented.

This book is excellent. Go to the point and the same time is personable. I'm doing better the white rice now. I will recommend this boo to my best friend.

ON The Money. this cookbook is so great. I had been trying to figure out to make Pasteles and when I used the recipe in this book. MMMmm, just like my mothers pasteles. The recipes are very easy to follow. All the recipes are perfect. He takes me back home to New York and my Mom's cooking. A must have.
