I needed this book for a research class. Honestly I was able to gain better understanding from free websites I visited online.

I usually don't get spiral bound books but this one was great, and I don't think it comes any other way haha! The spirals are not metal so they won't damage the books around them as much. Otherwise, the APA manual comes in very handy for writing papers and such if you have to stick to APA format. I've used previous versions and it's all be fine with me.
