  It is a great book that every parent should read one. I wish I had read the book when my kids were younger. I would have probably focused more on the effort than that on ability when they were been raised.

  I bought this book for myself. I found it very helpful for me. I have since bought two more to give to family members that have had good results. I highly recommend this book. It is easy to read and real straight forward. There's a ton of extremely helpful information packed into this book, though it is nicely organized so it is not over-whelming. Buy it; you will not be disappointed.

  The book is a fascinating read and also very entertaining. I was disappointed to discover that the book, despite being titled "The Psychopath Test", does not contain the actual psychopath test which I was looking forward very much to reading. The actual test was devised by another author and exists in the other author's publications. In spite of that let down, the author does meet and interview psychopaths and does refer frequently to the psychopath test so I did learn a good deal about them and found it very interesting and an easy read.
