When we received this product and tried to install it, the program caused the flight simulator to crasch. After e-mailing the Saitek without any response I returned the product to overstock and recieved a full refund very quickly. Love shopping at O.com, never had an issue like this before. Will still shop there knowing that if something happens with the item I can get my money back.
