    • Perfect Collection of Recipes

      As new cook to pressure cooking, I needed something that would carefully guide me through the principles. And cookbooks from America's Test Kitchen never fails...and it may even be redundant for many cooks. However, I always appreciate the thoughtful ways they design a recipe with the authors often telling you why certain methods didn't work and why they made the choices they did. This book has a small collection of pressure cooker recipes but it will likely meet all your needs. And once you're comfortable, I almost sure you can build on them, as cooks are wont to do. The directions are very clear, the ingredients all manageable and great caveats for electric cookers (all the recipes are based on traditional stove top pressure cookers). I would highly recommend this cookbook for anyone just starting to use a pressure cooker. I'm sure seasoned cooks could use this as well, but these are some very good core recipes.
