I am 6 months pregnant and was a runner before pregnancy. I needed something to suplement walking and this dvd was fantastic! I got great stretches all over and especially in my much needed leg area. This is my first experience with yoga, so I researched in order to purchase a dvd that would be challenging, yet good for a beginner. I feel like I hit the jackpot. The instructor has a pleasing, not annoying voice and the music was great too--I usually can't stand the music that accompanies workout dvds but this was really soothing and not a distraction at all. Can't say enough great things about this dvd. Only one complaint--there are a couple poses that require blocks and I don't have any! No big deal, I just did my pelvic-rocking in those sections.

I bought this at four months pregnant and so far, it's not quite the workout I had hoped for. It would be perfect later in pregnancy when moving takes more effort, but I wish there were modifications to make it more challenging now. I've taken several years of yoga classes, too so for a beginner it may be more challenging.

I rated this DVD as "fair" because I was not impressed with the actual yoga exercises. The woman instructing it and the quality of the DVD are good but the most important part, the workout, was dull. I take actual prenatal yoga classes and bought this to do at home and was very disappointed. I would recommend trying another yoga DVD.

This was my first time to do a yoga dvd & my 1st pregnancy. I'm in my 3rd trimester and found the dvd moves at a great pace and i felt relaxed while still being able to get good stretches & a good workout. I would recommend it!
