I love Louise Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" and I've really enjoyed these cards. Every week I pick out a few that resonate with me, then put them in my purse, on the bathroom mirror, etc. With so much negativity in the world, it's nice to be reminded of something positive.

These cards are nice to keep in an easy to reach place. Nice to look at, a little "eye therapy". The affirmations are nice but the problem is how to make them stick........... I am not sure just reading it from a pretty card will make it sink in. But it is worth a try!
