This book gives good information on how to cook pizza and your options to do it. The recipes I've tried so far have been excellent. I went from having never made a homemade pizza to cooking pizzas I'd put up against restaurant pizzas in less than a month. My only complaint about the book is that more illustrations would be nice. My first attempt to cook a pizza was a total disaster and I think I could have avoided that had there been more illustrations. That said, by the third attempt I was cooking outstanding pizzas. I look forward to trying more of the recipes and making pizzas for my friends. This is already one of my favorite cookbooks.
