I have to first confess- I am far from a health nut. Nevertheless, I was quite disappointed when I saw how many sweet treats are packed into this cookbook. I got this book for my nephew who has been having some difficulty managing his weight. Since he's still young (9 years old), I wanted to find a constructive way to help support him in choosing healthier meals and what better way than to get him involved in cooking? In this day and age, I figured a top name like Pillsbury would share some responsibility in assisting kids with healthier food choices.
