      I used to own this on VHS and loved it. Easy to follow and really makes you feel energized. I forgot about it for awhile and am happy to see it is now on DVD- I can't wait to start it again.

      Great introduction to Pilates. I had the video and am happy to have the DVD - no rewinding. Clear explanation and demonstration of exercises. I've only used the beginners part, so can't comment on Intermediate Level.

      With all the pilates DVDs on the market it can be difficult to choose one, especially for a beginner. This DVD is perfect. It is easy to understand, not intimidating, lets you move at your own pace, and allows for advancement by offering a beginner and intermediate workout. I am recommending it to all my family and friends.

    • Pilates for dummies

      I am just starting in pilates and have taken four classes at my local fitness club. This DVD is perfect to use at home when I can't make it to the club. It is easy to understand and goes at a pace that does not feel hurried. I would recommend this DVD to anyone.

      This video was great to learn pilates ...ive always wanted to learn how to do pilates but was kinda of intimidated, but this video made it very easy to learn and get you feeling comfortable with pilates!
