I'm a pilates beginner. I was able to put in this DVD and easily follow along to the beginner workout. Most of the things I could do. Some will take some work. That's exactly what I like to see in a DVD. If it's too easy, I get bored. If it's too hard, I get frustrated. This was right in the middle for me. Plus, it was kind of fun to roll around the floor as a ball. If you do not have a decent (8'x8') amount of space to workout, I wouldn't recommend getting this one.
