Beginning Pilates with Ana Caban
Excellent video. I'm an instructor and I often recommend this specific video for students who want additional Pilates practice between our workouts. Excellent professional instruction - safe and easy to follow.

Although the camera "tricks" seemed a bit unprofessional,the woman in the video explained things well and I liked that it went a bit slower than some other videos I have seen. If you are new to pilates, it is a good place to start.

Pilates on the mat
Excellent, detailed instructions to help a beginner get started properly. Good challenge even beyond the beginner level.

Worth the buy
I had purchased this product before as a VHS tape. I now needed a DVD version. I found this product to be a good introduction to Pilates. There are modified versions of the excercises which I have found to give good results. I find Pilates gives me the same workout as using weights in the gym, without the bulk.
