I found this video to be rather boring. She uses the pyramid method which means that for each section you are only doing 6 moves. Also, at the end of the ab section, my neck hurt more than anything else. Also, I did not really find myself sweating very much. I am pretty fit and don't really like a video that doesn't make me sweaty by the end. I was disappointed because I was hoping to add another strength video to my mix. If you are looking for straight lifting I guess this is the video for you. I like something a little fun to help pass the time.
