  It took 17 days to receive this book. I could have gone to Barnes and Noble everyday and bought it. I will never again order a book from Overstock. I love Overstock, don't get me wrong. But order books from Amazon or go directly to a store to purchase. And once I received it, it was not what I was expecting. I can't use it and I don't even want to try and return it.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Picture was the same.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? This is where the problem started. It never, to my knowledge, stated that you needed the DVD's to work this book. I thought this was the book and not a workbook, so to speak.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Can't say. Won't use it.

  Bought this as a gift for a friend. She said she sat down and read it from cover to cover that night! I have never had a gift so warmly received and she said it was something she would keep close for whenever it was needed again. I had read the other reviews of this book and hoped it would fit the need. I will give it again and again.
