Mer De Noms (Sea of Names) is one of the most all together incredible albums I have ever had the honor of hearing. Keenan's voice is haunting, passionate, powerful and has incredible range. The bands combination of talent brings passionate, mind blowing, hearfelt music crashing into your ears drums. The album tracks range from violent anger, deep seeded pain, unbridled passion and all heart. Lyrically its obvious Keenan is on his game as always, his words never fail to paint a dramatic beautiful picture. Tracks such as "judith" are full of anger and a hint of confusion, while tracks like "brena" show Keenan's softer, more loving side and their 6th track "3 libras" shows a bitter painful realization that tears open your heart form the second Howerdel's guitar comes in. The entire album from first to last song is perfection only made possible by such master minds that have come together to form A Perfect Circle.
