This is excellent video. It takes a few times going through it to get the moves down, but once you get the hang of it, it's alot of fun! While Paula has recruited "non dancers" I'm sure they had plenty of practice prior to making this video. It is challenging, but that is what makes it fun. Not your typical dance moves that you see over and over again in videos. Very upbeat with a good ab workout at the end. I love to dance, so loved this work-out!
This video is fun. It's great to see Paula Abdul dressed in her early 90's gear, too.
This video is very difficult to follow. There is no time spent on teaching you the dance moves, it just moves right from the beginning and leaves the viewer lost. I would not recommend this to anyone, frankly, it was a waste of my money.
The first time I sat through the video I thought "no way" ..i'm not a big dancer but i decided to give it a try. it was actually really fun and after i learned the moves i couldn't wait to get home and do the workout. The only thing i wasn't crazy about was the cool down because paula tricks you into doing abdominal work. The music is great and the instruction is good and followable. I recommend this to anyone who hates to workout like i do. so Get Up and Dance!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I loved this workout tape. Once you get down the dance routine, it doesn't feel like exercises. It feels like dancing. And the results are great.
