The CD is a summary of the book and touches on most of the cornerstones of the book. I listen to this every year or so and hear new things each time. Great for road trips with your honey.

Great book! Helpful and worth reading. I actually passed it onto two friends because there is something for everybody in this book. If it doesn't help to improve your life it will aid in helping you understand why you are where you are.
