Excellent recipes. Great Pictures. Informative.
Often times, diets are so different from the way we normally eat that it is difficult to stick to. Especially for the guys in my family. I decided a different approach was needed. By cooking their favorite and familiar foods the Paleo way, I can lean them into a different lifestyle. So Far, it has been really easy to transition and I feel that with a little more practice, we will be gluten free and eat the Paleo way forever.
