Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin break out of their traditional screen personas in this offbeat western musical comedy with a memorable Lerner and Loewe score. Pardner (Eastwood) and Ben Rumson (Marvin) are two buddies who share everything, including their wife Elizabeth (Jean Seberg), whom they bought at an auction. Together, between bouts of drinking and gambling, the two men are able to transform such activities as hijacking a stage and kidnapping prostitutes into steps toward transforming their mining camp into a boomtown. This is a fun movie the whole family can enjoy! Watch a young Clint Eastwood sing! You can watch and enjoy this with all generations. One of my family's favorites for years. Great pricing on Overstock and super quick delivery. Thanks!

Very funny and entertaining. One of my, all time, favorite movies. Classic performances from Lee Marvin and Clint Eastwood and their interactions with Jean Seberg have great chemistry. Harve Presnell's performance of 'They Call the Wind Mariah', with his golden baritone voice, more than makes up for the main actors singing attempts.
