Disappointed
I am a fan of the GTA series and have all of the other ones for the PSP. I was expecting something similar in quality and game play. After starting the game, I could not believe how crappy it is. I felt like someone took the real game and replaced it with something from the '90s. They have changed everything that I like about the game. The overhead viewpoint is so far away you can't see what is going on. Driving is horrible (one of my favorite things to do in previous versions). They don't even have speaking. Words are displayed like an early Nintendo game. I am just let down in every way.
