Kids were very excited when they saw the package at our front door. Took about a week to get product. Would've been sooner except UPS made a mistake and shipped it to another facility. We opened up package and plugged it in... then ... a big let down. The only controller that was recognized from the multitap was the one that was plugged into slot A. None of the others would work. Kids were trying to use it with games that were multiple players with multitap. I tried plugging multitap into the first slot and then on the second slot. Still had the same result. I'm going to return and exchange for another one. I hope this one is just defective. I've searched and read other people were able to use multitap with success. Crossing our fingers we'll have success with next one.

Product works great. Did not have installation instructions so I winged it. Has to go in first slot.,

This multi-tap works as it should ; on the other hand the 2 pack of wireless ps2 remote controllers i purchased along with this was a different story. One worked and one didn't. But it wasn't a problem getting another one that did work. I was just a little mad when i recieved one defective remote. but i had another replacement within 10 days.
